take great care in delivering our products. We have only partnered with
reputed national couriers agencies.
- We dispatch the orders for
shipping within a maximum of 3 business days. Except for holidays, bulk
orders or emergencies.
- Please check the phone
number, address & pin code carefully at the time of placing the
order.
Return & Refund:
- We accept returns only if
you have received a damaged product or a wrong product has been shipped
out to you.
- You will have to email us at
info@chhatraorganics.com within 24 hours of receiving the wrong/damaged
product with images/videos.
- Shipping costs are
non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will
be deducted from your refund.
Error in Shipping Info [Order will not get shipped]
- We are noticing incomplete
addresses in Cash on Delivery orders. Please update the complete address.
Otherwise, we will cancel the order in case of incomplete address.
- Reshipping costs will be Rs.
150. In case of wrong address.
